Subject to acceptable terms & conditions, Bioneras will provide serviced industrial land and possibly buildings, complete with heat, electricity and process steam to early development businesses. The primary goal is to encourage the commercialization of new products and services developed at the Advanced Materials Institute or Licensed from third parties. In short, anything that will expand or enhance our food & fibre business is a potential candidate.

In lieu of rent and utility payments, Bioneras will retain an equity position in the developing business.
