Wayne Pratt: Director, CEO
Wayne is the President of our Structures partner, Environeta Solutions Inc. Environeta distributes Airwise Structures in Canada, and represents Resource Recovery Corp as well. He was introduced to waste to energy technology almost 20 years ago when he met Richard Breitbarth on a large waste project in the Philippines. Over the interim years, he has worked with Resource Recovery Corp on a number of proposals, learning both the technical and political intricacies of the industry.
Wayne is a lifelong entrepreneur with a strong background in sales, marketing and project development. He has been in the lead on this project from its conception and instrumental in putting both the project and the team together.
Melanie White, Director
Melanie is the President of Sustainable Farming Solutions - established the vision in 2010 with research and proven expectations that as a society, profitable and sustainable ways of producing chemical-free food are necessary. She brings to us, many years of experience that include managing and coordinating large industrial projects in access of $900M, in addition to human resources, marketing, accounting and para-legal experience. Based on these successful endeavors, Ms. White is well-suited to lead Sustainable Farming Solutions’ business development and strategy.
Ms. White brings her connections in the aquaponics industry and the local food distribution network and has experience in construction / project management and obtaining her “Advanced Aquaponics” Certification; taught by Dr. Nick Savidov and Professor Charlie Shultz. Ongoing studies and research programs at Aquaculture Center Of Excellence, NSERC, NRC, Agroponicos Farm in San Juan, Puerto Rico; University of Virgin Islands – R&D UVI Design “aquaponics” since 1987. Commitment of the past twelve years has been dedicated to forming a strategic business model that will ensure her stakeholders an abundance of not only gratitude of being part of a World Wide Opportunity; providing a sustainable food system for our future generation's. Richard Breitbarth, Director
Richard is President/CEO and Chief Technical Officer of Resource Recovery Corporation. As such, he will oversee the Project Management Committee, working directly with our engineers and project management. He brings almost twenty years hands-on design knowledge, experience, and contact base in the development of solar, wind, hydro-power, and biomass green energy and renewable energy projects. He has worked in the field of Thermal Anaerobic Gasification (TAG) for those twenty years, most of that time directly with Andrew Hansen, inventor of the original technology.
Richard has acted as an independent consultant on gasification technology to Sinopec Oil Company China, China Petrochemical Corporation, ZPC, SINOPEC, Zhongtian Hechuang Energy Co. Ltd., Waste 2 Energy Ltd. of Great Britain, Syncarb Energy Systems Ltd. of Canada, a number of other corporations and projects, and has been a member of the “Renewable Energy Association of the Philippines”. He has served as a technology consultant with World Bank, Asian Development Bank, and USA Environmental Partnerships programs among others. His engineering background comes from the US Navy, and includes steam plant engineering, advanced steam plant engineering, mechanical and gas turbine energy generation, and nuclear plant engineering.
