The primary component in Bioneras' Waste to Energy system is Resource Recovery Corp's Thermal Anaerobic Gasification (TAG) technology.

The TAG System is modular and can be scaled from 50 T per day to 50,000 T per day.

​

It is capable of processing multiple liquid or solid waste streams simultaneously. Feed capacity can vary by as much as 50% with little or no impact on system efficiency.

​

Waste is thermally processed with near 0% Oxygen present, minimizing or eliminating the production of CO2, SOx, NOx and other undesirable pollutants or emissions.

​

Fixed carbon is recovered as carbon black or biochar, not incinerated to create CO2. Elemental carbon in these forms, activated or granulized, is a valuable by-product that adds to the financial viability of the project.
